They will put you back on track if you're going off course, and what you're telling them is irrelevant to the success of your case. They have a vision of what they need from you and keep you on those rails.
In the end, everything worked out as it was supposed to. I'm able to retire, and that was the kicker. When you're 54 and plan for 30 years to retire at 55, and some small-town lawyers I had seen before working with Brenda say, "You're going to work until you're 62.", you tend to get a little bit pissed off.
Even if you're going through a simple divorce and only need paperwork drawn up, I would still go through them because you're only going to pay for what you need. I never got the impression that they wanted me to pay for something they didn't think I needed. They never oversell you, and they won't waste your time. You'll get what you pay for.
Brenda's not the cheapest, but I'm not going to the cheapest person because that's what you'll get. So, whether it's a simple divorce or a highly complex one, I recommend the Family Law Group.
