She was very good at answering my questions and giving a bigger picture view of things which I think is important when you have no experience.
The Firm is excellent, very, very good. They absolutely understand the law. I never had any doubts that they made incorrect decisions or didn't understand the law or anything like that. So I think from a knowledge perspective they were excellent.
The firm is very efficient in process. Their processes are very clear, and they don't change those processes. So, when they tell you this is what's going to happen in terms of paperwork and things like that, that's exactly what happens. They are very strong in that respect.
