Even with my email communication, it's been good. I hear back from them within a reasonable amount of time, always. If I compare it to the very first lawyer I had, he was terrible for getting back to me sometimes. His staff was terrible for getting back to me at times.

I was able to see what services were being logged. They send out these statements every month, and it has everything listed there. At the very end, it says, "If there are any discrepancies, please call and let us know." It was very above board, I would say.
