The level of service and the experience would be above the price that I felt I paid.

My hope has always been not to separate from my wife. My hope has always been to reconcile, but getting to this point of having legal representation, going through that process, as difficult as it was with my wife in our living room, going through the separation agreement, creating all of our clauses and statements together, the outcome was what I anticipated it to be. So the result was what I expected it to be, definitely not what I hoped it to be.

We now have a document that can afford me to purchase my own home. It's now a document that gives more clarity as to the direction that both of our futures are going to hold sooner rather than later. We're not sitting in limbo with, "Am I waiting for her?" We know what direction our marriage is now headed.

What the agreement does is it affords her an opportunity to move toward legal divorce. For me, it gives some clarity in terms of what my obligations and responsibilities are and what I can hold her responsible for. If we lose our place of amicability and working together and wanting what's best for all of us in our family, the agreement is there for the worst-case scenario that we've yet to be at. So it's just something in the back pocket. If things go south at any point in time and we can't deal with one another.

The level of service and the experience would be above the price that I felt I paid in terms of a monetary fee. So definitely well worth the value of Kaila's rate as well as the firm's rate in it all. What I experienced in my first family law case, the price that I paid there monetary-wise, was not indicative of really what I wanted to get out of it. So, the financial value of where Family Law Group sets itself up definitely is cause for recognition.
