I suggest they do their research, but also read reviews and speak to them because I wanted a female lawyer. That was my preference. Nothing against male lawyers, but in my situation, I wanted somebody who could have a little bit more empathy. And so when I actually have referred to somebody already, one of my friends, and it was just based on my experience.
There are different levels per hour pricing. But I found from the first person I was with, who's not a partner to Kaila, that I've had great support. Didn't matter their level. They treat you like everybody. You're not extra special because you got extra money. Well, at least I don't know if they do, but on my thing, they knew I was working month to month in regards to the retainer.
