Client: It got resolved in my favour, a hundred percent of the way that it was proposed, with no alteration. It was signed off on the very first day that courthouse services resumed on June 1st. I was pretty blown away.
Client: I am not a high-paying client, and for them to be that on it. To get it in on the first possible day, in the first possible hours to be addressed. And to get it processed the very first day... Again, without sounding too hokey, it was almost like stars aligned. And I sat there, kind of like, "Okay, I did the right thing. I went to the right people." because this literally could not have gone better.
Client: They're worth every penny. I would direct you solely to them for multiple reasons. They would be my sole referral and worth every penny. It would be like, "Listen, they're more pricey than most, but it isn't fluff. You are getting exactly what you are paying for and more."
Client: Honestly, I'm not big on filling out surveys. But when they reached out and said, "Hey, would you consider this?" It wasn't even a question. It was like, "Yeah, absolutely. I'll definitely set aside that time. You guys are worth it." It wasn't even a question because this normally isn't my thing.
Interviewer: What does it mean for you to have gotten your outcome?
Client: That is almost indescribable. Even though we didn't have to deal with lawyers, it was a very stressful 21 years. I did feel marginalized for quite some time. When that weight was lifted, when things were legally closed, and I could just do things because I wanted to for my daughter, and not because of perceptions that were being dangled in front of me or legal documents... The relief was indescribable.
Client: When a weight lifts off you, at the time, you don't realize it was there because that's just the way it is. That's just the way you feel. You don't realize that it's there because it's your baseline. It's only after it legitimately leaves that you realize it was there. And this now is the way I'm supposed to feel. Not the way I did before. That wave of realization and the emotional relief and the psychological relief is like, "I'm taking a week off. I need to just soak in this moment and absorb it." It was immeasurable.
