They were just really good at responding and communicating. I don't think they could have done a better job.

Interviewer: How would you describe their overall communication? 

Client: I don't think they could have done a better job. They're always communicating, and they're always sending emails to me. If they need a phone call, they'll let me know in advance, and we'll book a time. 

They just make time to listen to you. I knew that I could ask a question and I would get a response quickly. They were just really good at responding and communicating. 

I was writing very long emails based on what was happening. When it came to Brenda speaking in the courtroom, she probably nailed about 99% of what I was writing. It was definitely the attention to detail.
