Interviewer: How did the team at Family Law Group go about setting your expectations and explaining the process?

Client: They were good. Every outcome is going to be different. Every case is going to be different. So they can't go through every instance. Any questions I have, they were more than happy to answer. If they didn't know, they would look into it. So I think it was good. Every time we would call, she knew that it was getting to me because it was just getting more drawn out. She was helpful with trying to help ease that and acknowledged that it was taking too long.

Interviewer: How would you describe their overall professionalism?

Client: It was good. Every time I called, they knew who I was. They were good with acknowledging who I was and making sure that they knew Kaila would be with me. It'd be like sitting in a waiting room waiting. They knew you were there, and they acknowledged you.

Client: I didn't feel like another number. I felt like a client. Like it was personal. They were good with knowing their stuff about my case and knowing what needed to be done. I like that.
