We had the call with my brother, and Dan got to understand we didn't know some of the history either as far as the longevity of the relationship and when the relationship ended or might have ended and all that stuff. So Dan went through and explained all that and different rules and regulations that might potentially come into play. Different ways that we can potentially come to an agreement, whether they be monthly payments or lump sum, and the benefits and the pros and cons of each one of those and went through all those things to make sure that we're clear on exactly what a potential outcome might be and what consequences might be associated with each one of those.
Whenever you call somebody, and they reference you to another firm, that already speaks a ton right there that somebody is referring you to a firm. Obviously, they have to have some confidence or knowledge about them that they're referring them. So that obviously, at the outset, created that comfort level. And then again, once we got to dealing with the FLG staff, it just felt that we'd made the right decision.
