They're always prepared. They always make sure you're prepared. They always do their best to reassure you on the day of. Like if you're feeling anxious, they are people who listen to you and understand what you're going through, and they do their best to ensure you are comfortable.
Interviewer: Did you see Brenda in court? Can you speak about her competence in court?
Client: The guy that I had wasn't very good, and the lawyer that my kids' mother had wasn't very good either. But Brenda knew exactly what she was talking about. She knew every detail that I had told her. Even if it was two or three months ago, she was just always prepared.
She was confident, and she was intimidating. She made sure that she was known in the courtroom, and it was actually really good to see.
She's professional, actually cares about you, and wants you to know what's happening. She helps you keep a level head and is just really good at calming you down. Her personality is professional but caring.
