First Impressions
She just made it seem like very much I was the one in the driver's seat.
The whole idea of the initial word in the title of Family Law Group, when you call, you're essentially one of them automatically. Like that metaphor, it is family first. It's not about a lawyer-client relationship. It's about all working together toward the betterment of whatever the situation is. So I felt like given the name, in and of itself, and then having the conversation with people of what their mission and visions are for the clients that they work with made it a little bit easier to settle on them as my representation.
Initially, with Kaila and that first phone call, she just made it seem like very much I was the one in the driver's seat and all of this and that it was more of a client-lawyer relationship as opposed to a lawyer-client relationship.
