Client: Oh, no problem at all. I could get in or talk to somebody whenever I needed to. I was aware that every phone call, every text message, everything cost me money. So, when nothing was happening in the case, I just lay low because there was no reason for me to be hounding my lawyer when nothing was happening. Part of that was from experience. I had been involved with other lawyers in my divorce case, and I know that if you call them, it costs you $300. But anytime I needed to get a hold of them, they were incredibly prompt at replying. Always professional and always laid everything out. Very easy to understand in layman's terms. There wasn't a lot of legal speak that I'd be thinking, what are they talking about? So, yeah, very accessible.

Interviewer: When it comes to simplicity, how would you describe your experience with the support staff, and how much of the case did they handle?

Client: A lot. And they were amazing. I should preface all of this so you understand how impressed I actually was with them. The outcome of my case was not what I had hoped. I ended up losing money. It cost me more than what I got out of it, and I'm still a fan of theirs. I'm still a proponent of how they did it and what they did, even though I didn't win my case. That's why I tell you that because it speaks volumes.
