Ease & Simplicity
It seemed very easy to me to go through the process with them.

Client: It seems very easy to me to go through the process with them. They were very good at responding to our emails without having excessive amounts of emails. They were very easy to deal with as far as we would do group emails between Dan and Carrie, his assistant, and [Client] and myself. And they would really read everything that I had said in my email and then come back with an answer. And then they'd say, okay, we'll draft a letter.
Client: It didn't seem like I was getting an excessive amount of back-and-forth emails trying to drum things out. They were very good at reading what we needed, and it was very easy. It seemed easy for them to always come up with an answer. It was probably a lot of work in the background, but I thought that made the most sense. Let's go with that. So they had good answers.
Interviewer: How much of the work did the firm handle during your case?
Client: Pretty much all of it, except where I would do the groundwork. I had done all the groundwork, and I gave them all the information all the way along. And so they did everything because we couldn't communicate anymore with [Ex-fiancé] and her family. We could no longer even send a text because her parents got really angry. So we had to do everything through the lawyers.
Client: We didn't have to deal with the support staff very often. Dan's assistant was in on all the emails, and there was only one week that Dan was away that she responded to an email. And it seemed very simple to work with her, too. She said that she would start assembling things while Dan was away and let the other lawyer know that Dan would deal with it when he got back from vacation. So, it seemed simple enough.
