Client: They handled things as far as contacting my ex-wife as far as documents back and forth. So that I didn't have to, and emotion didn't really enter the situation. They definitely took care of everything that was needed and a little bit more. So again, it couldn't have been processed faster. For something that seemed like a slightly uphill shot, it was perfect.

Client: That was perfect. She heard what I had to say. Like the one document to close off child support. I was like, "Okay, well, based on what you've told me, here's the form. Here are the spaces. I'm going to fill it out. I'm going to mark it for you. You review it." It was all about just filling in the spaces. Ask questions if you need to. Everything was very easily presented for me to understand. Follow the trail of breadcrumbs. Reaffirmed that everything looked proper. It was very easy to understand and very easy to process.

Interviewer: When it comes to simplicity, did you have experience with the support staff?

Client: That was just a matter of setting up appointments. Liaison between communication. I really didn't have too much experience with them other than the few times that I came in in person. Again, very polite, and very knowledgeable. Any information that is submitted was forwarded very promptly and gotten back to. I didn't have much interaction with them personally. But any that I did were efficient and good communication, and they're nice people.

Interviewer: Do you feel that everyone was able to put your mind at ease?

Client: Definitely, definitely. That's one of the best things I walked out of there with on the very first day. That was probably one of the most important things.
