If I had a question, either she or her assistant would reach back out in minutes.
They were very reachable. If I had a question, either she or her assistant would reach back out in minutes, usually. It was incredible how fast they got back to you. I was amazed. I never had to wait more than half a day to get an answer to a question, and that's probably the longest I waited, if I ever even waited that long.
