They continually kept me in the loop of where we were in the process. When I look back to the process, not once did I have to reach out to them and ask where we were, how it was going, what's new, anything. They were continually keeping me updated. And, of course, since the pandemic has begun, the court system has slowed down a little bit. But they set all those timelines in the beginning. So I knew once things were filed, it was going to take anywhere between four to six to eight weeks. But even throughout that time when we were waiting, they kept me apprised. They shot me an email and said, "Good afternoon. Everything's still processing. Nothing's changed." That's it.

I got an email from the judge requesting some clarification here and there. I forwarded it to them, and within 10 minutes of me forwarding it, they emailed me back, "There's no problem, we'll handle it." And that was it. So they kept me apprised of the entire situation from start to finish. Like I said, never let me feel let down or questioning. I always knew where we were.
