Amazing. I never felt like I had to chase them for information. They always kept me informed. Even if I were to be spoken to date, I would have an email from them the same day, if not the next day, saying, "Kaila appeared on your behalf. This is what happened. It's been put over to whatever date."
They were all very professional, very courteous, very understanding. I always felt like I was heard and nothing was being misconstrued.
I usually shot the email. Just easier for me, and I would have a response the same day. It was never a next-day thing. It was always the exact same day. If not, it would come through the first thing the next morning, but there was never a delay.
