Communication & Responsiveness
Not always having in-person meetings, I had an opportunity to digest and formulate my questions.
Very responsive. Sometimes, I did get responses from Brenda on the weekend. I would actually be surprised by getting responses on a weekend or a late night. I can't really say that there were a whole lot of times when I was sitting there waiting for an answer that didn't come. Or having to encourage responses or anything like that. It seemed to work well for me.
A lot of the stuff that we've done has been over email, which I really appreciate. Because I need time to think about things and mull things over. Not always having in-person meetings, I had an opportunity to digest and formulate my questions. I think with email. It allows you to rethink and focus. Their responses weren't necessarily in the next five minutes, but nor would I want them to be. But they were definitely very timely. Nothing fell off the rails.
At some point, they even reached out just to remind like, "Oh, is this getting done?" Or, "What are your thoughts about this? Because the other side has not completed A, B or C, so we should be working on that." And "Should we proceed?" I think the communication is excellent.
