If they said they were going to get back to me within a certain time, they got back to me.
If they said they were going to get back to me within a certain time, they got back to me whether they had the answer or not. Like if it was, "We'll get back to you by this date or this time." Or there was a call. They were spot on, which is important to me. I am punctual if nothing else, so that was important.
I have high expectations. Time management, communication. I think if you can't respect someone's time that it's difficult to respect much more. I set a very high precedent for that. Even if you don't have the answer that you said you'd have, even just getting back on the date and being humble enough to say, "Hey, I don't have the information yet. I'm working on it. But I said I would call you by this point in time, so I'm calling you to let you know. Being current is important. My expectation is high, and they met it from the go.
