Oh, she's wonderful, as you might have guessed. This is really weird, but she's the type of person that you'd want to be friends with. She's just laid back, very easy to talk to, a very active listener, engages you in the conversation, and asked me all the right questions so she could get obviously the answers she needed. Made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She's wonderful.
They were great, too. Everyone that I dealt with at that firm was lovely. Very responsive, very friendly, and always had an answer to whatever question I would ask. I got replies right away from no matter who I reached out to. Even the very first person when I call in and say, "Hey, can I talk to Jaclin or Kaila?" They were lovely, too.
