She's good with listening and asking detailed questions.
There were a couple of questions I had asked Kaila, and she wasn't sure. She had no hesitation to go and ask somebody else. There was no kind of ego type thing there. She had no problems going to check with somebody else to see if she could help find the answer.
She knew what she was talking about and knew that she was on my side. Knowing that I could ask her anything, she would definitely look into it. And she wouldn't give me a crappy answer. I could depend on her if I needed anything or if I had any other issues.
Very straight to the point. She doesn't want to waste either of our time, knowing that I am paying for this or that she is also busy and probably has other things lined up after me. I try not to get too personal with the lawyer. She would ask questions because of having to tell stories or having to tell my history. She's good with listening and asking detailed questions.
The only other person I think I talked to was the one lady who would answer the phone and then put me through to Kaila's office. She was professional. Nice. Courteous.
