She's sympathetic to people that she knows are going through really rough times. From our first meeting, she knew exactly what I was going through.
Interviewer: How would you describe Brenda Barr's personality?
Client: She doesn't mind the odd joke, but she's got tunnel vision for her career. When she's at work, she's there to work, and she's not there to do anything else. She's there to do her job, and she does it extremely well.
I don't know her on a personal level outside of work. I really wish I did, because I think she would be so much fun. I would love to pick her brain. She's so good. Personality-wise, she's 100% professional.
Interviewer: Did you get a sense of her character?

I've called her before, and I've been almost in tears. She just calms me down. She's sympathetic. She knows how to get you back to a good level. She's not somebody who's like, "Oh, suck it up." She's really caring.

Client: Other than emailing and phone calls, I didn't really have too many situations where I was physically around any of them. Other than maybe the first consultation. They learn from the best. They're a lot like her.
