You can tell she's disciplined because it carries right through to her work ethic.
Interviewer: Can you tell me more about Brenda's personality?
Client: She's obviously very disciplined because I know she gets up at four. She's one of those crazy people that get up and exercises and starts their day actually properly. But you can tell she's disciplined because it carries right through to her work ethic. And she's like, no bullshit.
Client: Basically, even we tried to do a mediation, and she was so great because she knew that it was going to take the day, but she went off camera in the parts that we had breaks, and she's like, I'm not going to charge you for that. I'll get some other work done in between. So, she's very aware of how fast costs can add up and what that does to people. I have nothing bad to say about her.
Interviewer: What about the support staff? If you were to describe their personality and character?
Client: Oh, my gosh. So friendly. Even Christine, the receptionist, she was fantastic. When you come, in everybody greets you properly, and you just feel comfortable. They'll get you a coffee, whatever you need. And they're good.
