Dan came across as very calm, very knowledgeable, and definitely knows the law.
Client: Comes across as very calm and trustworthy. Like, all the information is there, whether it's verbally, by email, or by Zoom.
Client: Make sure that the process and things are going. The party, on the other side, was not overly responsive to anything that Dan and his firm had asked for. So, it required constant follow-up by Dan and the team.
Client: Obviously, made it a little bit more difficult. Otherwise, Dan came across as very calm, very knowledgeable, and definitely knows the law side of the family piece, and whatever questions we had, he was able to answer without any issues.

Client: Oh, good. As far as any communication, whether it was with billing or other things, it was very good. They were very responsive and within normal business expectations.
