I always thought lawyers were these people who just wanted money, but Brenda actually cares about her clients. She doesn't want you to walk away with less than what you deserve.
Interviewer: How would you describe Brenda's personality?
Client: She's professional. She actually cares about you and wants you to know what's happening. She helps you keep a level head and is just really good at calming you down. Her personality is just professional but caring.
Interviewer: What about the support staff? What about their personality and character?
Client: Because Brenda's part of the team that's running the law firm, many of the people beneath her are exactly like that as well.
Ashley was one lawyer I dealt with very frequently to help save costs. And she was also a great person to talk to. It was nice that you got that super professionalism from Brenda, but then you also had another lawyer who was more down-to-earth and great to talk to, almost like a friend. I don't want to say that Ashley wasn't professional because she absolutely was. It's just she commented more on certain things, did a lot of the reassuring, and answered many of the questions we had. So she was great in her own right.
