She definitely is a very relatable person, which makes it easier to sit and talk.
Friendly. Very professional. And I'm going to say down to earth again because I've met a lot of lawyers, and they're not all down to earth. So she definitely is a very relatable person, which makes it easier to sit and talk about crap you never want to talk about. She makes you feel at ease.
I dealt with two. I can't remember who the first one was. Jaclin was the second person that I dealt with once the other one left. And Jaclin has been great very responsive, even outside of the box, because I'm now completed with them. But I had a question because of something else that popped up, and they answered it. They gave me what they could do and what they couldn't do. But even just the quick response back to say you are in the right. I had been stressing myself out for two weeks trying to do a financial thing, and I should have just emailed because they were like no, you're right, they already have that information. And when I called back, they had the information. So very responsive, even outside, I'm not on retainer now, and they responded back. So that was nice.
