She was very knowledgeable but very casual and very easy to talk to. Because it's easy to get a little emotional and kind of run on with the details. You're always coming from an emotional state of mind because it's family law. But she was able to pick out the important parts. Focus on them. Asked a few more questions if she needed to. Let me say what I needed to say. Didn't stop me. She let me say what I needed to say. Take out the important parts. Easy to talk to but was very good at what she was doing. Very professional. Very, very confident lawyer.
She was sincere and kind. Definitely. Honest. Honesty has to be up there because it was like, "These are the things we can do. These are the things you can't." Honesty was at the forefront. Kind and compassionate. Honesty is at the forefront but tempered with kindness.
