Client: I did a search online, and actually, when I found Brenda's name, I heard that Brenda was the best. When I was looking for a new lawyer, I had been recommended, and I remembered that I had heard about Brenda, and then I got in touch with her, and actually, her staff said that they didn't have time to take my case, and I just pleaded with them. I told them the scenario, and then she decided to take it on.

Client: It just was consistent mostly with what I already thought about Brenda or already knew and heard about Brenda.
