When you get team advice and a firm behind you, everyone is specialized in the same thing. That's a no-brainer. You can have a building full of lawyers, and they can all be legal experts. But the more you delve into it, and the more you specialize in something, that's why there are specialties.
When you have a team of people, I think your value add is huge. They have a very long track record with a lot of years of experience combined behind them. Just the level of professionalism and honesty. The level of honesty of, "This may be what you want, but this is what you need." So the team experience, the fact that they're all specialty lawyers in the same thing. The fact of their honesty and their tenure of experience are probably the three most paramount things.
It's the forthrightness and the honesty. You can have everyone doing the same thing, and you can have lots of experience. But if you're just going to be a group of yes people, then you are just the stereotypical high-priced lawyer that you do see in Hollywood. How absolutely at ease I was set. If you don't feel at ease and comfortable with someone, then I don't think you're going to get to that level of honesty. How comfortable I felt with her and how relaxed she was really played a large degree into it.
I can't remember the name of the initial lawyer. I think she was probably the more senior lawyer there. She was much more affirming. She was awesome. She was awesome, but she was firm. I would have been just as honest with her by the end of it. But I would say Caitlin was a touch more personable and disarming.
