Interviewer: You talked about professionalism. What about the quality of their work?
Client: That was a 9.5. I think there were one or two documents or an email where I think it was only her name they got wrong. I think they referred to her with my last name instead of her last name. There were one or two editorial things that were missed that were like, "Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry. Let me just rewrite that email and send it back.
Client: So, other than one honest editorial mistake. Their process and their communication were perfect. Like 9.9 because it really was just something editorial that emotionally irked me more than anything else.
