We didn't wait very long. It was a private conversation. Everything was just so professional. It was perfect.
Very accommodating. Right from the moment I stepped in there the first time, they were offering water or muffins or anything to make us feel comfortable. They put us in a board room by ourselves. The first lawyer I met with was Laura Moyer. She took all of our information. I showed her a whole bunch of proof of me trying to communicate with "\_\_\_," some of the backstory of our relationship, and how I came to find her in Edmonton. And I said, "I think she's living out there, but I don't have proof of where." And she said, "I have to talk to one of the head lawyers because this is something beyond what I'm used to."
She left that board room for maybe 10 or 15 minutes. And she came back, and she said, "Brenda Barr would like to talk to you guys." Brenda is pretty sure that she can make a case of this, but she needs some more information." So we ended up setting up a meeting with her another day.
