Got the theme of the situation that we were looking at and then explained the fee structure for the consult with Kaila, the lawyer and the next steps of what to expect. And basically asking if I wanted to proceed and pay for the consult. Did that, and we went ahead and set up a time with Kaila to get in-depth with the situation.
They were super responsive. I think they replied to me within a couple of hours of sending in the form letter, and I think I had the consult with Kaila less than a week later. So, it was a really quick turnaround.
