I had my intake appointment with them and thought everything was awesome. And then all of the slew of information they provided me on what to expect from them, what they should expect from me, how to save money, all of these different things, it was like a huge document. I was like, "Wow, I have never seen one of these before." Kaila's firm has been phenomenal. Quick to respond. When I called Kaila, it was the beginning of June, and there was already a court date set for the 15 June. So they got things done for me, and they got it done quickly.
They were very professional. They didn't make me feel standoffish or anything. It was like, "OK, these guys know what they're talking about. I feel comfortable with them. I think I'm going to be in good hands." Because everything, at that time, we were still in COVID, so everything was done by phone and by Zoom. I've never actually met Kaila in person. We just talked over Zoom calls and telephone and via email.
