Client: First of all, you need to come up with that money. And they spell it out for you. On the 20th of every month, we're going to send you a statement. We're going to show you in detail what we've done for you and who did it, and the hourly rate, how long it took, and the charge. So then there are no questions. When I got the statements, I could look at them and know exactly where my money was going.

Client: They explained their hourly rates. Dan's is more than Kelly's, and Kelly's going to try and do as much as she can to lower the cost. And I was very clear with them in the very beginning. I don't want to spend an arm and a leg. I just want it done and over. And they understood that and took that into consideration as well with me. They respected that, is what I'm trying to say.

Interviewer: How did you feel after signing the contract?

Client: I felt good. I felt okay. This is moving forward. Yeah.

Client: I felt just very comfortable with the firm that I chose.
