That was very fair. My daughter was 21, and this was a very end-of-cycle process. It's not like this was going to drag on long one way or the other. It was just going to be called one way or the other. Like it's ongoing until the end or it's done. They actually only asked for half of their normal retainer. It wasn't too high, to begin with, and they said, "Because we don't perceive this as having a lot of back and forth, We're just going to charge you half the retainer." And I didn't ask for that. I knew what the retainer was, and I was ready to pay it. They proactively said, "You know something, just put down half. We'll bill you monthly as we do anybody else." So again, I was like, "Wow! Coming in the front door, I'm not even an existing client. You have no experience with me at all and proactively do that." It was just another reaffirming fact that I was in the right spot.
