What I appreciated was how candid she was. There was no sugar coating. She removed the emotion from it, although she was empathetic.
Very friendly, very courteous. Even the level of empathy as well. It was just knowing that you're in a nice place. A very warm environment and the hospitality was great. There's always coffee, water, etc...
I knew I was in good hands. Just by her demeanor and the way she spoke, you could tell she had a lot of experience.
She has excellent listening skills. She just wanted to hear what was going on for most of that consultation. Then she came out with what her suggestions would be.
