I appreciated actually having the email or texts that said, "These are the things that are going to be talked about," because I really didn't know what this was going to be about. Kaila asked me if I was willing to give feedback and I told her I was, so it's nice to actually have the game plan. I also liked the reminder texts because I've got a baby at home, too.
