It was very helpful, especially the day that I've been having today.












Client: Really good. I like you. It's pretty straightforward and easy.
Interviewer: Can you think of a typical survey they ask you to do over the phone?
Client: I usually hang up on people. I'm not going to lie to you. I usually hang up like, "No." Click.
Interviewer: Yeah. How would you contrast that typical survey to what we do?
Client: First of all, you asked permission if I would be willing to do this, and I told you I would, so I had an expectation as to what was going on, as opposed to somebody that randomly calls and is like, "Hey, can you complete this survey? And this phone call will be monitored for coaching and development." You're like, click, not playing. So, yes, you reached out prior to. You asked if this were something I'd be willing to do. I set up the appointment time. I set up what works for me, and you guys have worked around that. Even your text message today, I've been buried. I totally forgot what day it was and that we had this. So, if your text message hadn't come through when it did, I totally would have forgotten. I was just like, "Oh, yeah."
Client: It was very helpful, especially the day that I've been having today. So, yeah, I appreciate it.
