180 Legal Call Feedback
You don't have to go yet already, do you? You have all night to talk or...?

This is more like a counselling session than a questionnaire about lawyers, isn't it? Are you a psychologist? Honestly? You guys are counsellors. You're messing with me right now.
I didn't expect to be on the phone for over two hours. Did I tell you too much about me or...? You asked some of those questions. What did you feel? What was it like? What led up to the divorce? I wasn't expecting those questions. But I have no problem answering personal questions.
This is my story, and everyone's got one. You ask, I'll tell you. And I'm comfortable talking about it. Now. If you're calling me and we want to do this properly, and you want feedback, I'm going to be as honest and transparent as I can be.
It's easy to make this a 15-minute phone call and be like, "Uh, we just didn't get along. We separated in September 2018." How's that going to benefit you or anybody else? I want to help as many people in life as I can. And if this phone call helps you, or helps the next person you call, or helps Brenda, then I've done what I had to do.
I think you're amazing. I feel like I know you. Funny how sometimes that just works out.
That was good. Good phone call. Wow. Two hours, two hours, and 11 minutes. You don't have to go yet already, do you? You have all night to talk or...?
You know, when you buy a new vehicle or whenever you're at a restaurant, "You mind dropping a review? Yeah. Yeah, no problem, I'll give a review." But then you never hear from them again? But you guys made sure I was going to do this review or reminded me, which is great.
It's not a complaint at all. It's actually a good thing because I would forget. He would follow up. So that part is great. If you guys continue to do that for clients, I think that's good. I just want to help people, so if this call helps somebody, then great.
