I actually called around a few different law groups when I was sourcing a lawyer.

I actually called around a few different law groups when I was sourcing a lawyer. I talked to the staff to figure out what the best method was, and then I ended up paying for a consultation and wasn't sure if I needed their services. I talked to Kaila directly, and she was really hopeful that I wasn't going to need their services, but unfortunately, I did.
I Googled best lawyers in London, Ontario. So I went with the top and then the middle of the pack. I called another law firm that I talked to, and they basically said that they didn't go to court, didn't want to have to go down that route of going to court, but I've needed to make sure that I had every option available to me. I know Brenda Barr. I'd heard of her, read some reviews, and knew that she was probably one of the top lawyers in town. So, going with that firm, knowing that if I went with a lower-end lawyer who would handle my case, they would be represented by somebody who's well versed in family law.
I thought they had some great reviews listed, and it seemed like they had some great feedback, and that was the direction I chose to go in.
