I've been around some really terrible lawyers...they were, like, opposite of them.

Interviewer: What two or three things could they have done to make your experience better?
Client: It was just easy and just comfortable. And they take the pressure off. And they handled what I thought was an obscure situation, and she handled it really well. So. I got nothing because I've been around some really terrible lawyers, and I can tell you a lot from my first lawyer, and they were, like, opposite of them. So, no, they're just on the ball, and they know what they're doing, and they just make you feel like you're not actually talking to a lawyer, which is nice. I don't have any room for improvement for them. I think they're great.
