Interviewer: Is there anything that surprised you during this entire process?

Client: Yes, in a sense. We were very responsive, typically in providing information to the other side. The other side was less responsive. So it kind of surprised me that there wasn't some kind of a normal business practice as far as when we would share information, that they would have a set time frame to come back with their information. That kind of seemed to drag on continuously multiple times.

Client: So that kind of surprised us a little bit. Obviously, they weren't interested in moving things along, and I could see why. But it kind of surprised me a little bit that there was more of a standard time frame, and they had X number of weeks or whatever to respond. And it typically took two or three times for Dan and his team to follow up before they would get some responses back to us.

Interviewer: Is there anything that you would do differently to make this a less stressful experience?

Client: I would say no, because, again, each experience, each one is different. Obviously, Dan has a lot of knowledge about the law. But I think each case always brings its own nuances with it. The experience is what it is, and you put it in the back of your mind, and you know that if you had to do it again, it could be totally different.
