Initially, I sent an online request just giving a bit of the backstory of what was going on with my relationship and then got a response back, providing me with a few of the colleagues within the firm and some of the fee structures of their hourly rates based on their seniority within the firm. Then, by looking at that information in a return email from my initial inquiry, I made a call to talk to Kaila's office and have an initial intake phone conversation with her to see if she would be a good fit for what I was seeking.
