They were great when I first called them. I talked to a receptionist and gave them a snapshot of what I was trying to deal with, and they thought Kaila would be best. I did mention to them that I had been familiar with Dayna, but they said that Dayna couldn't do it because in case my husband ever needed legal advice again, we couldn't use the same lawyer. So they set me up with Kaila, and then I ended up having a one-hour phone consultation with Kaila.
