Client: It was smooth. So she explained it all to me in our first meeting, and then I got an email or a follow-up email from her assistant, sent in very layman's terms, for lack of better words, outlining the retainer process and all the different details, but very easy to read. And then it was unfortunately over Christmas, so they were off. So by the time I clicked on the link, it had expired, but very smooth to get in touch with Jaclin, the assistant, and be like, "Hey, I want to retain you guys. I've already sent the money. I just can't get into the link." They resent it, and it was the easiest thing ever.

Interviewer: And how did you feel after signing the contract?

Client: Good. I was glad to get the ball rolling and get everything started.
