Interviewer: What's the retainer process like?

Client: Monetarily, I think, was having $4,000 at all times, and they would let you dip a little bit, but then Wendy would be on the phone saying, "Hey, we just paid this invoice, but we need more." In a decent way. Right? Like, no one shows up at your house or they have to be firm, their accounts payable, right? So they have to nag you. That's their job. But I never felt that they were overly pushy.

Interviewer: So, how did you feel after signing the contract and finally having her represent you?

Client: I just feel like there's someone on your side, and it was amazing because even the first time we ever went in before a judge, she performed like, she's amazing. She's great.
