Client: It's pretty straightforward. It's Always a bit of a shock, especially when you're working with somebody else's money and not having been in that situation before. Initially, it sounds like a lot of money, but then, when you think about it, it just makes sense. As far as getting that retainer in place, it was all new to both my sister and myself, so there were a lot of things to be learned, and it worked out fine.

Client: The retainer wasn't a stumbling block by any means, but when you're in that situation when you're in some financial difficulties, then having to come up with the retainer is always a little bit more challenging. But you also have to realize that if you want to move the process forward, it's going to take some money. We decided to make the investment and go forward.

Client: He explained all the different avenues, and basically, there are many different ways you can proceed with this type of process, but outlines, a game plan and yeah, it was well communicated. There were no issues there.

Interviewer: How did you feel after signing the contract?

Client: Good. It was good. Again, especially doing it on behalf of somebody else. These things are time-consuming, and everybody's busy. So it's one of those things that you want to just get on with it and see if you can seek closure as quickly as possible.
