I finally had people who understood the process and were there to help me specifically get through it.

Interviewer: How did you feel after signing the contract?
Client: The best way I could say honestly was supported. I finally had people who understood the process and were there to help me specifically get through it. So like I said, my initial impression when looking into starting this process was being overwhelmed, and they definitely simplified it for me. Of course, it's a complicated matter, but they simplified it to where I understood the steps needed to be done to get this completed. I felt more comforted with the situation, knowing that these folks were handling it, and they kept me apprised at every step.
Client: Honestly, it was like a table of contents of a book. It was step by step what was going to happen. And it went pretty well straight down that path. Complications arose from the other side a little bit, but they were dealt with cleanly, effectively and quickly. But the path remained the same. The timeframe remained consistent. All of it. It was fantastic.
