Interviewer: When you first spoke with Kaila, what was that like?

Client: I think it was good. Again, still overwhelming with the amount of information that she would give. But knowing that she was going to email step-by-step what we were going to work on. So that helped.

Interviewer: What would you say was the most useful thing during the initial consultation?

Client: I think just knowing that she would email me all the stuff that she needed because there were a lot of forms and paperwork to fill out. And that if there was anything I needed, I could email her back and ask questions.

Client: Overall, I could say it's a nine. She was reassuring. She was informative with all the amount of stuff on there. Knowing that I could contact her, or if there were any questions, that there was no hesitation to call or contact them.
