Even when you start to get emotional, she can just put you at ease and just let you get it out and tries to guide you the best she can do. She just has a way of making you feel not as stressed out.
It's almost like therapy. Just the fact that she reassured that you're not crazy, but she's also realistic. So if there's something that I said, she'd be like, "Oh, no, this is what the law says," that you can't do this or you can't do that. She's just very knowledgeable. She knows her stuff.
